The double controlled, with code and card, access to the Studio, guarantees the safe stay. Its exclusive use, courtyard covered with pergola, integrates with the interior and gives the feeling of a larger apartment. With a modern aesthetic and functional layout, the Garden Studio consists of an open space and a bathroom. It has a semi-double bed with a mattress and storage space for bed linen, a corner desk with a comfortable chair and a double wardrobe. The kitchen contains, sink, counter, oven and MicroWave, hob, hood and refrigerator. Snack preparation equipment and small appliances are available. In the bathroom there is a shower with cabin, bathroom furniture with mirror, hairdryer and hidden lighting. The building is Energy Class A +, with a thermal facade of 10cm thick and energy crystals, so the low energy needs of the apartment for cooling-heating, are directly ensured by the high efficiency air-air heat pump LG, while there is unlimited hot water. For a comfortable and pleasant stay there is SMART TV 32 ”, SAT TV and fast WiFi.
