Apartment Description:

The corner Loft is developed on the 5th and 6th floor of the building. Its special architecture, with its double height living room and its “airy” internal staircase, the single aluminum window that occupies the entire facade, create an excellent apartment for 2-3 people. The Loft has a total area of 54m² / 36.5m², frontage to the streets of Cappadocia and Palea Fokas and a terrace of 10m² with tent.

On the 5th floor is the living room, kitchen and terrace, while on the 6th floor is the bedroom with two skylights and the bathroom with a large window.

In the living room there is a sofa (which becomes a semi-double bed with storage space for bed linen), and a table with seats that serves 2-3 people.

In the bedroom there is a double bed with a mattress and bedside table, a desk with a comfortable chair and a triple wardrobe.

The full kitchen contains, sink, counter, oven and MicroWave, hobs, hood and refrigerator. Snack equipment and small appliances are available. In the bathroom there is a comfortable shower with cabin, bathroom furniture with mirror, hairdryer and hidden lighting.

The building is Energy Class A +, with a thermal facade 10cm thick and energy crystals, so the low energy needs of the apartment for heating are quickly covered by an autonomous gas system IMMERGAS with elegant radiators. Cooling is ensured directly with the high-efficiency air-to-air heat pump LG, while there is unlimited hot water use.
