The bus stop is 100m from the building. You can go to any part of Thessaloniki and the surrounding areas you want with one of the 75 bus routes.

Easy access to Universities

The building is Energy Class A +, with a thermal facade 10cm thick and energy crystals, so there are low energy needs of the apartment for cooling-heating. Environmental friendly cleaning products are used, universal use of energy saving lamps as well as energy savings with the use of solar and photovoltaic systems.
Monitored Entrance
To enter the controlled area of the building access is only possible using the tag.
Storage
If you want to store some of your things, we have a special storage space. You can seal the items you want to store in boxes or suitcases and we will store them for as long as you want.
Luggage transfer service
We undertake to transport all your luggage to your new home after consultation.

We can provide a seat and a crib upon request for our little friends staying in ALL IN 10.
